Terms & Conditions

1. Please note that our policy is to seat the first tables at the prime tables. We never guarantee specific tables or areas.

2. Any special requests made will be catered for by the venue as best as possible, please contact the venue directly if you require confirmation of your request.

3. Your table will be held for 15 minutes after your reservation arrival time, if you have not arrived we will release your table.

4. We are a full table service venue and drinks are not to be purchased individually from the bar. We do splitting bills on departure and can also provide a QR code if there isn’t already on your table.

5. Cakes are welcome to be brought in from outside the venue without A cakeage fee.

6. A 20% surcharge applies on Public Holidays. Credit Card Surcharges will apply.

7. If you will be redeeming a Gift voucher, please show the voucher when you pay.

8. Giulia Italian only accepts payments of 4 per Table.

9. Bookings can be made up to 120 days in advance. For larger group booking of 11+ please reach out to our bookings team via email, info@giuliaitalian.com.au, as we do accept tentative bookings where possible for larger groups.
